Almonds are known for their health benefits. They’re also a great source of energy when you’re exercising, and a handy way to stave off those hunger pangs. They’re the ideal addition to any sweet or savoury dish. You can add them to cakes, decorate pastries with them, use them to make a sauce for your meat dish, or simply add them as a crunchy topping to your cheese.
